I noted that when I was little, these things were called fins. That keeps going through my mind as I sand away at the filler and primer, staring at the metal structure.

The fin is almost done. Fin tip is final sanded, and needs only one more coat of primer. Rudder tip primed with filling primer and ready for sanding.

Rear strobe/nav light was ordered.

Should have the tips finished up shortly and will move on to the lower rudder fairing.
