Light at the End of the Tunnel

I touched up the tips with some auto body filler. Used sparingly, it offers a quick drying, small batch solution for some low spots. It does dry harder than the epoxy-flox, so sanding is a bit of chore to ensure high spots don’t turn to low spots.

First coat of high build primer was added and I got to see a) some light at the end of the tunnel on these pieces, and b) numerous imperfections. However, overall the piece looked good.

After some initial wet sanding, imperfections were noticeably filled by the primer. I’ll add a coat of regular primer, then perhaps primer sealer, and call it done.
