Fiberglass reinforcing gussets were added to most of the tip pieces. These will prevent the added fiberglass from cracking free/separating from the factory part.
The epoxy was thinned to slow the cure time and help create thin reinforcements.
The thinning did, in fact, slow the cure. So much that I’ll have to return tomorrow to work up the epoxy-flox mixture and work on the curves.
High build primer purchased for future finishing.
