Starting the baffle seals. I’ve found using magnets to hold them in place seems to work well as they are trimmed to size and fitted. I’ll trim these and work with clecos and magnets for a while, as I’m worried about riveting without some further verification that they’ll indeed seal as intended.

Getting the heater sorted is still on the long list. A step towards marking that system “done” was creating the screened intake on the starboard side inlet ramp. Also installed was the inlet ramp gusset that better mates up to the cowl.
